Age Requirement

To rent or operate an LSV, you must be 25 years or older, licensed and insured.

Safety Rules

During operation, please keep all arms, legs, and bodies inside the cart. Ensure that all passengers are seated and wearing their seat belts.

Restricted Areas

LSVs are not permitted on golf course cart paths, beach accesses, beach access paths, or inside Wild Dunes. Please stay on the road at all times and avoid off-roading. Slow down for speed bumps and be mindful of potholes.

Respectful Driving

Most side streets have a speed limit of 15mph. Please be considerate of our residential areas and drive responsibly. Treat the LSV as if it were your own vehicle. Failure to do so may result in refusal of future rentals.

Charging Responsibility

Before departure, ensure that the LSV is fully charged, and the extension cord/charger are properly wrapped and on the LSV. Failure to do so may result in a $100 charge to the card on file.

Charging Habits

Please keep the LSV charging whenever it's not in use, overnight, and especially prior to departure to ensure a sufficient battery level.

Parking Responsibility

Any parking violations or tickets incurred during your rental period are your responsibility. Also, please note that driving under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited.

Damage Liability

Please drive and care for our vehicles safely and responsibly. Any damages caused during your rental may result in additional charges.

LSV Issues

If you experience any issues with the LSV, please contact us immediately and refrain from attempting to tow or repair them yourself.
